After battling years of injuries — including three hip surgeries — Tim turned his obsession with anatomy, training, and biomechanics into a career focused on injury management and human performance.
He later returned to competition, running sub-elite track with the Greater Boston Track Club until 2020. Now, Tim is the owner of Ascend Rehab & Performance in Denver, COÂ helping runners stay pain-free.Â
Tim's Peak Performance:Â HS State Champion, 4 x 400 m; 800m PR 1:52.6

"Michelle understands that everyone’s fitness journey is different. I’m in my 50s, and am passionate about hiking. Our training sessions are highly collaborative. She works with me to overcome chronic pain issues, while increasing mobility and building strength. In the past few years, I’ve been able to hike higher, further, and faster than I’d previously thought possible. I can’t wait to plan my next trip!"
